The CSO Office at JFrog seeks an experienced Director of Cloud Security Operations and Incident Response. In this role, you will lead and build teams working in Cloud Security Engineering, Operations, and IR to ensure the company's information systems and data security. You will implement robust, advanced, and automated incident response processes and drive the development of cloud security strategies and plans. In addition, you will be a key leader for our cross-functional teams, overseeing program management and employee growth, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

As a Director of Cloud Security Operation and IR at JFrog, you will…

• Provide a strategic roadmap for cloud cybersecurity engineering and automated incident response initiatives
• Lead, mentor, inspire, and provide feedback for a team of skilled Cloud Security Engineers, guiding them towards achieving objectives and fostering their professional growth
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of security objectives and successful execution and delivery
• Architect, design, and implement secure cloud environments based on new supply chain industry best practices and cloud compliance requirements
• Drive the evaluation and selection of cloud security tools and technologies to enhance the security posture of our cloud infrastructure
• Lead full strategic coverage for detecting, monitoring, analysing, and resolving security incidents
• Develop and implement automated cloud security incident response processes and playbooks, leveraging tools and technologies such as Kubernetes (K8s)
• Lead the investigation and remediation of security incidents, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and effective responses
• Provide guidance and initiatives to the company's Security Operations and Incident Response team members to ensure they are up-to-date on the latest security threats and trends
• Foster a culture of collaboration, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement across the organization

To be a Director of Cloud Security Operation and IR at JFrog, you need...

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• At least 10 years of experience with cloud security engineering, with a focus on cloud infrastructure and applications, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD
• At least 5 years of experience with managing Team Leads and leading Cloud Security Engineering, Operations, and Advanced Incident Response teams
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
• Knowledge on securing/monitoring containerized environments (Docker, K8s) , automating security flows (SOAR), and collecting threat intelligence
• Demonstrated experience in architecting and implementing secure cloud infrastructures and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations
• Experience with giving public presentations
