As a Director of Demand Generation in JFrog you will...
- Lead Generation: Oversee the development and execution of multi-channel lead generation campaigns, including email marketing, content marketing, webinars, events – physical and virtual, ABM and more.
- 策略开发elopment: Collaborate with the VP Marketing, sales, global marketing functions, BI, product teams and marketing team to design and execute demand generation strategies that support business objectives and drive revenue growth.
- Management:Lead, mentor, and inspire the demand generation team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, high performance, and growth to successfully develop a comprehensive, full-funnel demand generation strategy – inbound and outbound.
- Lead EMEA demand generation and provide expert guidance and localization required to the sub regions and countries based on culture, language, technology adoption, sales stage, segments, roles, seniority level, etc, responsibility for managing the demand generation budget efficiently, demonstrating a strong ROI for all marketing activities.
- 与3月keting operation to manage metrics, improve conversion generate reports for the VP Marketing, eg MQLs, SQLs, Pipeline, and Net New ARR.
- Work closely with the product marketing team to leverage engaging and relevant content to attract and nurture prospects throughout the buyer's journey.
- 与3月keting and sales operations to optimize the use of marketing automation tools to segment audiences, track campaign performance, and nurture leads effectively.
- Leverage data and analytics to measure campaign success, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to improve performance continuously.

- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to inform marketing strategies and tactics.
- Develop and execute brand awareness initiatives to increase market visibility and establish the company as a thought leader in the DevOps and DevSecOps space.
To be a Director of Demand Generation in JFrog you will...
- At least 5 years of proven experience in managing TL’s and employees, with exceptional leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others.. Advantage to EMEA as a regional scope.
- At least 10 years of proven experience in creating and executing on demand generation campaigns that grow pipelines, preferably in the technology or DevOps, DevSecOps industry.
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing principles, demand generation tactics, pipeline acceleration, and lead management.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing successful demand generation campaigns.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and proficient with Salesforce as well as BI or other data and dashboard tools like Tableau or Looker.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decision-making and optimize marketing efforts.
- Experience scaling digital, ABM, and event marketing capabilities.
- Experience in planning and executing global and regional campaigns.
- Excellent presentation skills and ability to communicate properly with senior stakeholders.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and history of collaborating successfully with multiple functions (Sales, SDR, Product, Global marketing, BI, etc.) to drive results. Experience from large enterprises is preferred.
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and keeping up with industry trends.Excels at running multiple initiatives at once and thrives in fast-paced and demanding environments.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA preferred.
