With rapidsoftware growth in the automotive industrydemands on development toolchains are increasing and pushing the boundaries of the machinery in the software factory. In this talk, we will focus on binary management, a critical component in the toolchain, and what we have learned on our journey to high availability in the cloud. We will visit what prompted us to embark on the journey, the considerations made along the road, and the destination we arrived at. The talk will be held from a product owner perspective, sharing insights into the decision making beyond technical details.
