ARTIFACTORY: Which Tasks Are Affected When the Primary Node Fails?

The following tasks will beimpactedwhen the primary node of an Artifactory high-availability (HA) cluster is in anofflinestate:

  1. Garbage Collection
  2. Backups
  3. Imports
  4. Archive indexing (responsible for opening and mapping archived files)
  5. Maven indices (for IDE only) generation
  6. Xray event generation and propagation

As soon as the primary node returns to a running state, it will once again handle these tasks automatically.
